Day One In The Madhouse....

Record released on 2003-08-30 at 6:40 p.m.

BOO!

Yes, it's me, and I'm afraid I didn't get time to update before I came to Manchester. When I get home I have a couple of copies of my story still to email and many thing to catch up on. But right now, I am at the start of what promises to be a fantastic week.

I am currently sitting in Y's loft while he heads out to get us a chinese takeaway (and Vimto lollies). We have already made love three times, spent a couple of hours perusing girls on the music channels, looked for porn and last night had the most amazing 'lay in' during which we had An Historic Conversation. One which was both erotic and deep and involved our favourite subject. One day, more shall be revealed.... Oh, and other things will be revealed later this week to anyone who should care for such a thing, because we decided that we would like to record some of our more passionate moments of the week in a private entry in a few days time.

After our chinese, we're off to have a bath - a long bath - before we fall asleep on the mattress which is now in front of the TV in the back room for our traditional indoor camping which accompanies house-sitting. It was worth every moment of a long, hard and exhausting journey, which had so many bizarre occurances.

I managed not to scare anyone with my hair on the train, but I DID....

1) See two Hollyoaks characters board the train at Reading and get off at Stafford, but as both were male they were of no interest to me :(

2) Save an elderly woman who got jammed in the doors

3) Get a seductive text message from my ex-girlfriend C, who told me she was picturing the moment we got together and wanted me to do the same

4) See a town crier on the platform at Oxford, all dressed up and complete with a bell (which didn't appear to be clanging)

and 5) have a strange announcer who managed to announce every single station incorrectly, including Manchester even though it was the last stop. She was sure it was Stockport, and announced it hree times, even arguing with the catering manager. Now that's dedication!

For now, I had better go and check the plates are warming up nicely. Have a great weekend everyone! :)

What's On: Nothing!

Next: Chinese food

Quote of the Moment: "So, marks out of ten? Twenty-seven!" - me rating the new Rachel Stevens video!
